Are payments secure?

All credit card payments are processed by Stripe. Learn more about Stripe’s security here.

How do I update my credit card details?

Update your credit card by going to your account, select your team, then click Billing. Click here to go there directly (ensure the correct Team is shown at the top of the page).

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Billing is currently only enabled for Sites. Visit the Sites section of your account dashboard, look under Your plan, then click the Change subscription or Cancel subscription button.

Please note that if you cancel your subsription your team will lose access to paid services.

Our church is a plant/company

We support new churches with free access to all services. Contact us here.

Our church is no longer a plant/company

If your plant has transitioned to full church status please contact us to switch your account to a paid plan.
